ADSS cables are stranded loose tubes. The fibers are placed in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic. Filled with waterproof filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are twisted around fiber reinforced plastic as a non-metallic central reinforcement to form a compact circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filler, it is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the aramid yarn stranded layer is applied on the inner sheath as a reinforcement, the cable is completed together with the PE or at (anti tracking) outer sheath.

Features:

1. good mechanical performance and temperature performance.

2. light weight, small diameter, reduced ice wind load and tower and background load.

3. aramid yarn is used as strong yarn, which has excellent tensile strength performance.

4. The span is large, and the maximum span exceeds 1000m.
