GYFXTC8F fiber optic cable is a non-metallic figure eight shaped cable. Its core contains multiple optical fibers for signal transmission. These fibers are surrounded by a central loose tube to protect the fibers. The strength member is FRP, suitable for self-supporting overhead. The outer jacket is made of durable material polyethylene to resist the impact of environmental factors.​
